Harry Sanderson is a UK based artist working in digital, video and installation. His work focuses on the interactions of labour, technology and capital as played out in contemporary visual cultures. A central element to Harry Sanderson’s interest is the repetition of image in differing contexts, formats, and layers of detail until the images themselves start to function as a language of their own and simultaneously uncovering and reflecting on the economy of networked image commodities and the chains of labour behind it. Sanderson graduated from Central Saint Martins School of Art and Design in 2013. Since then, he has received fellowships at Nottingham-Trent University and Somerset House (London).  He exhibited widely in Europe, at the The Photography Museum (Berlin), Artissima (Turin), Levy|Delval (Brussels), Royal College of Art (London) and BASIS (Frankfurt). He was included in the panel discussion ‘Medium: Format’, (with Hito Steyerl, Inke Arns, Huw Lemmy, Matthew Fuller), as part of Lunchbytes, ICA, London, United Kingdom, 2014.
